FAQ
Short answers about Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and about this fan journal. The game is Moonton’s. Lumenlane only explains it. If your question is missing, call +64 9 846 1776 or email [email protected]. We read messages on business days and we will say so when a note needs a patch check before we publish a correction.
Is the game free, and what does a match actually ask?
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is free to install and free to queue. Moonton sells optional diamonds, skins, and some hero unlocks inside the official apps. A standard match is 5v5 on three lanes plus a jungle, and it often lasts 12 to 20 minutes. The longer brief is on our Primer page. Numbers move when Moonton ships an update, so the client is the final reference.
Can Lumenlane raise my rank or recover an account?
No. We cannot log into your account, spend your battle points, or talk to Moonton support on your behalf. Account help belongs to Moonton’s own support channels inside the game. Use the Write In form for questions about a paragraph on this site. We aim to reply within one business day. Anyone offering “free diamonds” for your login is not this room.
Where are the map studies?
Open the Frames page for lane studies: gold-lane waves, jungle paths, and a Magic Chess board sketch. They are fan readings of common setups, not files you can import into the game.
How do roles, ranks, and modes fit together?
Six roles cover the roster, and many heroes wear two. Ranked runs from Warrior through Mythic, then Mythical Honor, Glory, and Immortal. Classic keeps the same map without moving stars. Details on form data sit in our Privacy Note and Cookie Policy.
Who writes the notes?
Meet the writers on the Roster page. The room is at 5/399 New North Road, Kingsland 1021, Auckland, New Zealand. Mobile Legends itself is played worldwide in Moonton’s apps, not at that address.
